Hello! I made a layout for Sketch~N~Scrap sketch #47. They partnered up with Scrap Our Stash for this one and their challenge was to use two border punches and one other punch. I don't have many punches so I used my ribbon, scallop, and star punch. The papers are Cameron by Elle's Studio. Love the colors. Fit the Dino page well! TFL!!

Challenge YOUrself #1 - Discover Yourself & be who you are

Hello! I made a layout for a site that challenges you to scrap yourself (which I never do) so I thought it would be fun. The first Challenge Yourself challenge was to scrap a pic of yourself and three random facts. I chose I love nail polish, I love to read, and I love Doctor Who. Three things that were on my mind that day. I used Jillibean Soup Cold Avocado. Matched my selfie quite well.  TFL!!

Stuck?! Sketches December 1st Sketch

Hello! I completed a layout for Stuck?! Sketches Dec 1st Sketch. Another fun sketch by Laura Whitaker. I turned it to accommodate my picture. I used Jillibean Soup Cold Avocado Soup. Love anything JS and this collection is no exception. TFL!

 

Sketch~N~Scrap Sketch# 46

Hi! I made a layout for Sketch~N~Scrap Sketch#46. It was a great challenge for me to find four pictures. I am bad about scrapping multiple photos so it was a great sketch for me to do. I used some AC Amy Tangerine Cute & Paste and CP Close Knit. These are some of my all time fave lines from them. The colors are great. TFL!

Let's Get Sketchy "Cover Girl Search"

Hello! I have been home with a sick little boy who has not taken naps since he was about a year old and he has taken a few naps the past couple of days. Poor guy. I was able to complete a layout for LGS, though. It's for their Magazine Christmas Edition and I thought "Why not"? I liked the sketch and the inspiration picture. I stayed really close to the sketch and kept it simple but I like it. I used Glitz Design Hello December and added a gold/cream ribbon to the top and bottom. TFL!

 

Let's Get Sketchy November Week 4 Challenge

Hi! I made a layout for Let's Get Sketchy November Week 4 Challenge. I was in a bit of a hurry to go ahead and get it done so it's very simple but I love the colors and my son's cute smile! I used AC Amy Tangerine Cut & Paste. And my favorite part of the whole page is the Studio Calico wood veneer. I just love those things! They are part of the Christmas collection but I think you can use them for everything! TFL!

Stuck?! November 15th Sketch Challenge

Hello! I made a layout for the Stuck?! November 15th Sketch Challenge. I used the Crate Paper Close Knit collection. It's so pretty. Love the colors. Also linking to Scrap Our Stash. The challenge was to use this Stuck?! sketch and some type of wood. It's funny because I almost always use wood veneer but my wood ended up being the paper this time. TFL!

Let's Get Sketchy November Week 2 Challenge

Hello! I made a layout for the Let's Get Sketchy November Week 2 Challenge. First time linking up with them...yay! I used some papers I have had forever but never found the right project to use it in since I mostly scrap boy pages. This 1969 picture of my cousin and Grandmother fit perfectly with them. TFL!

My Scraps & More Pinspiration Crop

Hi! My Scraps & More had a fun Pinspirational Crop Challenge going on this last week and I got 6/12 done. I was pretty unhappy with one of them so I have only uploaded five of them. It's been a busy week so I feel good that I got that many done. TFL!


The first challenge I did was a design challenge to use pink & green.

 

The second was a hair challenge to use a black background and one pop out color.

The third was Kid's challenge to use one clear element and paint. I ended up making a shaker box and splatted some paint on the back of that.

The fourth was a Home Décor challenge and you needed to use three frames and a chalkboard element. I used my white pen to make a pattern on my middle frame.

And the last one was to use two colors and any part of a quote on a particular poster. I chose a light blue and yellow from the poster and 'be who you are'.

 

 

Sketch ~ N ~ Scrap Card Sketch #13

Hello! I created a card for Sketch ~N~ Scrap card sketch #13. I don't usually make cards but I made a few for a WCMD crop and enjoyed it so I decided to give this sketch a try. I used some scraps from the Fancy Pants Park Bench collection (love those colors!) and glittered up the Freckled Fawn heart. I hope to do more cards, it's a fun way to use up scraps. But I desperately need more stamps! I love with the way a lot of these card designers use them. TFL!

 

Sketch~N~Scrap #42

Hi! I made a layout for Sketch~N~Scrap sketch #42. I haven't been in a very scrappy mood lately (gasp!) but I started this and needed to finish before the deadline. I used the Echo Park Reflections collection and I had a hard time working with it for some reason. Hopefully I will get the 'mojo' back with the start of the new month. I know it happens to us all at some point...TFL!

 

 

 

 

 

 

Stuck?! Sketches October 15th Sketch

Hi! I made a layout for Stuck?! Sketches October 15th sketch. I had some FP Park Bench papers left and thought the colors worked well with the pictures. This was my son's first ride on a pony and he loved it. Last year he was scared to death to do things like this and now he is eager to try almost everything. What a difference a year makes! TFL!
