My Guys - Lucky Me!

Hello! I made a layout for Frosted Design's current challenge to use POLKA DOTS and I used a sketch from Creative Scrappers #260. The papers are Lily Bee We R Family. I love it and this is the first time I've cut into it, perfect for this photo of my Husband & son. It's so sad that Lily Bee will be taking a break but I hope Kristen (the owner/designer) will be back healthy and better than ever at some point in the future. Love Lily Bee! Thanks for stopping by!

Scrap Our Stash Challenge #11

Hello! I created a layout for Scrap Our Stash Challenge #11. It was a fun challenge to use 5 of one item, 4 of another, 3 of another, 2 of another, and 1 rub-on. I used 5 patterned paper leaves, 4 wooden letter banner pieces, 3 enamel dots, 2 clear tags, and an arrow rub-on. I never really purchased rub-on's so I was lucky to have the arrow from a recent Chic Tags purchase. The paper is AC Everyday 6X6 pad and I also used Chic Tag Clear tags, rub-on from Happy Place. I live in Florida so we do not have Fall but I wanted to do a 'Fall' page so I did. November 1st and I believe about 85 degrees:). TFL!

Stuck?! Sketches January 1st Sketch

Hi! I made a layout for Stuck?! Sketches January 1st sketch. They also partnered with Frosted Designs for this sketch. The challenge is to use the sketch + ink, mist, or paint. My paint is on the canvas heart (painted it pink) and I drew lines around the edges of the page with ink. I used MME Cut & Paste and Carta Bella Hello Again. We were at the zoo taking a lunch break and I was trying to get a 'good' pic of us together and my son was making cheesy faces and acting silly. But in the end, I look really boring and his pictures are fun and full of character. Exactly how I want to remember him at this age! TFL!

 

 

My Scraps & More Sketch Challenge #62

Hello! I created a layout a couple of weeks ago for My Scraps & More Sketch #62. I didn't upload it at the time because I didn't want to be in the draw for the blog hop prize (already have that collection) and then forgot to upload. I used Crate Paper Close Knit. One of those collections that goes on & on. Seems like I have been using it forever but I love it so I don't mind. TFL!
